研究改进了目前丝网印刷膏用的粘合剂,运用双毛细管模型解释了封接强度增加的原因,粘合剂成分直接影响陶瓷金属封接质量,其中溶剂对陶瓷-金属封接强度起着重要作用,起粘和作用的乙基纤维素只影响涂敷后金属化涂层的强度。
The screen printed paste's adhesive was investigated and improved in this paper. A dual capillary model was used to discuss the cause of the improvement in seal strength. The quality of ceramic to metal seals will be directly influenced by the ingredients of adhesive. It was found that the solvent play an important role in the seal strength. The strength of metallized coat will be influenced by the adhesiving Ethyl cellulose.
