摘要
通过对豆粕样品和混有部分玉米粉的豆粕样品(以下简称混合样品)的近红外光谱分析,结果表明:混合样品中淀粉的含量与样品在2060nm,2090nm和2166nm处的光谱数据具有很高的相关系数,然后应用回归分析计算出线性方程,再根据玉米粉中的淀粉含量计算混合样品中的玉米粉含量。验证试验结果表明近红外光谱法所测结果的准确度很高,并且该方法具有操作简便、快速、无试剂污染等优点,所以非常适于对豆粕中混入玉米粉的含量进行测定。
The results of analysis with near ̄ -in-frared spectra of soybean meal and the sampleof some maize powder within soybean meal(hereinafter referred to as mixed6ample)showed that the regression coefficient ob-tained between actual starch content in themixed sample and the spectral data(2060nm,2090nm and 2166nm)was high,and the linearregression equation was obfained by the re-gression analysis,Then the maize powdercontent in mixed sample can be calculated bystarch content inmaize powder,Validation re-sults Showed that the accuracy of NIR deter-mination was very high,in addition,thismethod has advantages of simplicity, speedingand without chemical pollution,so it is verysuitable to determine the maize powder con-tent mixed in soybean meal.
