摘要
本文提出了用薄层色谱库仑滴定法测定杀虫草（SCD）〔（CH3）2NHCH（CH2S2O3）2Na·H2O］的方法。试样中的各成分用上行展开法在硅胶G板上分离，用碘蒸气或喷洒PdCl2；溶液确定SCD的位置，该试剂与杀虫单反应生成橙黄色产物。从板上刮下Rf值约为0．8的显色硅胶带，并将它放入KBr－H2SO4溶液中，用电生溴滴定溶液中的SCD，方法简单、准确．可用于各种试样的测定。
A method for the determination of shachongdan (SCD) [(CH3)2NHCH (CH2S2O3)2Na. H2O] by thin layer chromatography coulometric titration . has been devel oped Various components in the sample are separatecl on silicagel G plate by ascencling development The position of SCD is determined by iodine vapour or by spraying PclCl2 solution.which reacts with SCD'to yield an orange product. The colour band with a Rf value about 0.8 is scraped off from the plate and put into KBr-H2SO4 solution. SCD in the solution is titrated with electrogenerated bromine. The method is simple, accurate, and can be applied to thedetermination of shachongdan in various samples.
