类风湿关节炎蛋白质组学的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以关节滑膜炎为特征的自身免疫性疾病。近年来,类风湿关节炎蛋白质组学方面的研究取得了较大的进展。采用二维电泳、质谱技术、蛋白芯片、生物信息学等蛋白质组学的方法,与正常人或骨关节炎进行比较,从RA患者血清、滑液或者滑膜中寻找差异蛋白,筛选出标志蛋白,从而协助RA的诊断、治疗及预后判断。 Rheumateid arthritis is an autoimmune disease characterized by articular synovitis. The new progress of rheumatoid arthritis on proteome has achieved a great advance recently. Compared with normal or patients with osteoarthritis, we can seek different protein from serum, synoviai fluid or synoviai membrane of patients with BA and then screen its marker protein as well as help the diagnosis,therapy amd prognosis prediction of BA by using methods of proteome including two-dimensional gel electrophorosis, mass spectroscopy, protein-chip and bioinformaties.
