摘要
采用锡锭预热后经输送辊进入熔化炉,锡锭熔化后,采取连通管从熔化炉底部和锡液保温炉连通渗流,使熔化炉内的液面比保温炉内的液面高100~200mm,用连通管以保温炉底部取液方式与造粒炉相连,使保温炉内的液面比造粒炉内的液面高30~50mm等工艺措施,制备出表面光洁、圆整、致密、颗粒均匀、无污染的金属锡粒,并在电镀锡钢板生产中获得了良好的应用。
After smelting preheated tin ingot which is delivered into melting furnace by delivery roll, the first connector was employed to deliver the liquid tin from the bottom of melting furnace to the holding furnace, where the liquid surface in the melting furnace is 100~200 mm higher than that in holding furnace. Furthermore, the second connector was used to deliver the liquid tin from the bottom of holding furnace to the prilling furnace, where the liquid surface in holding furnace is 30~50 mm higher than that in prilling furnace. Through using above measures, the round and sound and pollution-free tin prill with clean surface and uniform distribution can be successfully prepared, which has been applied for electroplating tin steel plate.
