摘要
研究了凤眼莲净化污水时,根区微生物的动态变化。结果表明:温度制约着凤眼莲及其根区微生物的净化效能,随温度升高,净化速度加快。凤眼莲根区细菌总数始终高于真菌总数,在污水净化中表现为主导作用。污水净化初期凤眼莲根表微生物增长迅速,随污水的不断净化,微生物逐渐减少,净化后期部分水体微生物呈现2次增长现象。
Eichhornia crassipes and its root -zone microbes coordinated in pollution purification. In order to find out the role of root -zone microbes, the dynamic change of root-zone microbes in the process to purify the polluted water was studied. Experimental results were as follows: ①Temperature restricted the purification efficiency of Eichhornia crassipes and its root-zone microbes. The velocity of purification was related directly to environmental temperature in certain range, ②Bacteria played the major role in water purification. In all kinds of polluted water, the number of bacteria was always more than the number of fungus. ③Chemotaxis made microbes on the Eichhornla crassipes root -surface rise up rapidly at the beginning of purification and root-zone microbes decreased gradually when the water was purified. In part of polluted water, microbes presented two fold growth.
