摘要
中国特色社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善与政府经济行为有着十分密切的关系。我国政府的经济职能必须及时做出新的转变,从全能型、审批型政府转变为服务型政府,从高成本政府转向高效率政府,在充分发挥市场机制基础性作用的同时,建设“有限”与“有为”的政府,建立“小政府、大社会、大服务”的良性循环。
The build and perfection of socialistic market economy with Chinese characteristics is closely related to gov.ernment＇ s economic action. Government＇ s economic function in our country must transform in time, from all - round, approval government to service government,form high-cost government to high-efficiency government, brings the basic function of market mechanism into full play, at the same time sets up the ＂limited＂ and ＂conduct＂ government, builds the good circulation of small government, big society, big service.
