摘要
提出一种用于汽车发电系统电压调节的新型电路结构.论述了该电路的基本工作原理,着重分析了电路中中心处理单元的工作机理.对电路的集成芯片设计进行了讨论。
A new type of circuit structure for the voltage regulator of automobile generator is proposed. The circuit functions are realized on a specially designed MOS integrated circuit chip. The circuit consists of units for sampling comparison, logic processing, generator working state estimation, field excitation control, frequency regulation, generator state indication control and oscillation. The failure and abnormal cases in the generator system can also be monitored and real time processing is available. The principle of the circuit is described with emphasis placed on the analysis of the central regulation circuit. For the IC chip design, emphasis is on the sampling comparison unit which needs individual and constant voltage power supply. The main performance of the voltage regulator is shown.
