摘要
以丽格海棠嫩叶片为外植体,接种在固态诱导培养基上形成丛芽后,再转至不同的增殖培养基上,分析和比较在不同培养基中的快繁效果。结果表明:MS+BA1.5mg.L-1+NAA0.01 mg.L-1液体培养基是最佳增殖培养基;1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg.L-1液体培养基的生根效果最好。
In the experiment, the young leaves of Begion rieger were selected as explants and were inoculated in solid inductive medium for inducing cluster buds; then the cluster buds were transferred into different multiplication culture mediums to watch the different macro propagation effects. The results showed that the optimum culture medium for multiplication was the liquid medium of MS+BA 1.5 mg · L^-1 +NAA0.01 mg · L^-1 , the optimal medium for rooting was the liquid medium of 1/2MS +NAA0.1 mg · L^-1.
