摘要
近代以来,中东伊斯兰国家经历了3次大规模社会变革和现代化运动的高潮,但几乎都没有达到预期目标。这些变革和运动遭遇到的挫折与失败取决于内外多种因素。笔者认为,(1)伊斯兰世界迄今尚未真正出现比较彻底的宗教改革,一直没有从根本上解决困扰它们的一系列宗教难题;(2)中东多数国家的经济和政治结构仍处在缓慢变革时期,尚未完成由传统社会向现代社会的转型;(3)中东国家应对内外矛盾和冲突的能力极其脆弱,难于主宰自身发展的命运。综上可以认为,中东国家依然处在现代化初级阶段,它们的文明演进和现代化任重道远。
In modern history,three large scale of social translations and modernization changes happened in Islamic countries in the Middle East,but most of them failed to reach the goals.There are several internal and external reasons.The reasons are as the follows:firstly,most of the Islamic countries have not fulfilled the religious reforms thoroughly,and have not resolve all kinds of religious problems trapped them.Secondly,the social economic and political structure in most countries are in the processes of changing from the traditional society to Modern Society.Thirdly,the capacities to deal with such internal and external contradictions and conflicts are fragile for them,and they can hardly grasp the destinies of their states by themselves.In a word,the modernization progresses in the Middle East countries are still in their early stages,and a long hard way is waiting for them.
