以硼化合物与季胺盐形成复合型缓蚀剂,取代传统的有毒、有害缓蚀剂———HgCl2。以MgCl2和NH4Cl为主,辅以少量ZnCl2,组成新的三组分电解液体系,取代传统的ZnCl2和NH4Cl两组分电解液体系。电池内含汞量低于无汞电池1×10-4%的要求,达到国家有关部门的要求。复合型缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果和电池的性能均达到GB8897.2-2005标准要求。电池厂采用该技术已生产上亿只R20和R14型糊式电池;该技术在行业内具推广前景、良好的环保和社会效益。
The composite corrosion inhibitor formed by boron compounds and the quaternary ammonium salt was used to replace HgCl2, which was a traditional poisonous corrosion inhibitor. The new three-component electrolyte system was composed mainly of MgCl2 and NH4Cl, and added a little ZnCl2. It was used to substitute the traditional two-component ( NH4Cl and ZnCl2) electrolyte system. The content of mercury was reduced to mercury-free battery ( 1 × 10^-4 % ) or lower, and reached the demand made by the state. The inhibition effect of the composite corrosion inhibitor and the performance of the battery reached the accord with China national standard GB8897.2 - 2005. The battery factory had produced more than a hundred million of R20S and R14S batteries by the technology. It had good prospect for application as well as nicer environmental protection and social benefit.
