摘要
以废旧干电池为原料,通过溶解、除杂、成分调整得到溶液,并采用共沉淀、煅烧方法成功制备出具有优良软磁性能的锰锌铁氧体。采用X-射线衍射仪对相结构进行分析,并采用振动样品磁强计和阻抗分析仪对磁性能进行表征。研究结果表明溶液成分、除杂程度和煅烧温度是影响锰锌铁氧体性能的关键因素。当深度除杂后溶液中的铁∶锰∶锌配比为69∶16∶15时,经1 200℃煅烧4 h可获得单一尖晶结构的锰锌铁氧体,其具有最佳磁性能,饱和磁感应强度为432 m T,磁导率可达8 200,具有优良的软磁性能。
Mn-Zn ferrites with excellent soft magnetic properties were synthesized by co-precipitation and calcinations method using waste dry batteries through the process of dissolution,impurity removal and adjusting the composition of solution. The phase structures were investigated by XRD analysis,and the magnetic properties were investigated by VSM and LCR techniques. Results indicated that solution composition,degree of removal impurity and calcinations temperature are the key factors influencing the performance of ferrite. With the optimal magnetic properties of ferrite prepared by the solution of Fe∶Mn∶Zn ratio of 69∶16∶15 through removal of deep impurity,a single spinel ferrites and excellent soft magnetic properties can be obtained by removing impurity in solution and calcined at 1 200 ℃ for 4 h,its saturation magnetic induction intensity was about 432 mT and its permeability up to 8 200.
