摘要
综述了有关在一个称为流通式反应器(FTR)的设备中处理植物原料的文献.在该方法中固相(如植物原料)在反应器中保持静止而使液相以一个固定的速度通过这反应器.可以用平均停留时间(RT),停留时间分布(RTD)和其它方法描述流过FTR的液体。指出了从FTR和间歇反应器(BR)(在此情况下反应后的液体一直留在反应器中)得到的结果之间的不同.一些木材化学和制浆造纸技术实验室用FTR做出许多有意义的结果。
Literature is reviewed relating to treatment of phytomass in an apparatus identified as a Flow-Through Reactor (FTR), i. e. one in which a solid phase (such as phytomass ) is held immobile within the reactor while anuid phase is caused to flow, usually at a steady rate, through the reactor. Fluid flow through an FTR may be characterized in terms of average Residence Time (RT), Residened Time Distribution (RTD) and in other ways. Differences between results obtained from an FTR versus a batch reactor,BR, i. e. one in which the reactive nuid remains alwaw contained within the reactor are pointed out. Many significant results have arisen from wood chemistry and pulp/paper technology laboratory FTR experimentation.
