摘要
对实验室用的置换漂白仪器进行了设计与制造,对这台设备的操作如进液方式、漂前洗涤用水量进行了探索,对降低H2O2的分解采取了措施,最后对马尾松SGW置换漂白的影响因素如H2O2浓度、pH值、浆浓、温度、Na2SiO3浓度、MgSO4浓度。
This thesis focuses on clisplacement bleaching of Chinese Red-Pine SGW, the experiments were carried out in a laboratory apparatus called displacement set-up. The operating parameters, such as the mode of liquor inlet, the volume of wash water were optimized in the paper. The technological parameters studied include: pulp concentration, charges of additives (H2O2, Na2SiO3,MgSO4),pH, temperature and recycling of the residual H2O2. Displacement bleaching achived a shorter bleaching time than that in conventional bleaching, alas an equvalent brightness gain compared with the conventional bleaching.
