摘要
目前,企业领导者都在努力探寻能使员工快乐工作的管理新方式,因为他们越来越意识到员工的快乐是企业发展壮大的不竭动力。因此对员工快乐指数进行系统研究,建立相应的指数模型,对企业领导者来说是大有帮助的。
Nowadays the enterprises leaders are all trying to find a new way of management to make employees work happily. Because they gradually realize that employees' happiness is the continues impetus for the company's development and grandness. So it is very helpful for enterprises leaders, if we study the employees' index systematically and build relevant index model.
