摘要
探讨时效温度及变形量对Cu-0.40Cr-0.67Zr-0.021Y合金显微硬度及导电率的影响。结果表明,合金经950℃×1h固溶处理后在480℃时效+40%变形×0.25h,可达到较好的硬度和导电率,分别为133HV和82.83%IACS。
The effects of aging temperature and cold deformation on the micro-hardness and electrical conductivity of Cu-0.40Cr-0.67Zr-0.021Y alloy are invested. The results show that the satisfied micro-hardness and electric conductivity of Cu-0.40Cr-0.67Zr-0.021Y alloy, 133HV and 82.83% IACS respectively, can be achieved by the treatment with 40 % cold deformation after 950℃ × lh solid solution, then 480× aging for 0.25h.
