摘要
本文从生产部门入手,引入国家间技术扩散的互动机制,得到技术扩散下均衡增长的重要结论——在小国经济条件下,若存在完全的技术扩散,世界各国的经济增长将最终收敛于统一速率;在大国经济条件下,若存在完全的技术扩散,世界各国的经济增长将向大国的增长速率收敛。对于影响收敛过程的主要因素,我们认为:在小国经济中,均衡增长速率的大小不仅与外生变量有关,还取决于扩散国的研发投入与扩散速度。当扩散国的技术优势地位十分显著时,整个世界的均衡增长率将会由该国决定,这就是大国经济条件下的情形。此时,吸收国的收敛速度与扩散国的研发投入、扩散速度正相关。
This paper analyzes the equilibrium of production department through the mechanism of international technology diffusion. The authors argue that if there are no large countries, economic growth rate in the world will converge with perfect international technology diffusion mechanism; otherwise, economic growth rate in the world converge to the large countries: In the first case, the rate of equilibrium growth depends not only on given index, but also R&D investment and diffusion speed of diffusing parties. In the second case, the leader who is dominant in technology advantages will decide the world's economic growth rate. Moreover, convergence rate of absorbing parties is positively related to R&D investment and diffusion speed of diffusing parties.
