摘要
SBP是植物所特有的一类转录因子。SBP家族成员在结构上有共同的特点:每个成员都含有由76个左右氨基酸组成的非常保守的DNA结合域(即SBP结合域)。含有SBP结合域的转录因子在植物中广泛存在,并且参与植物生长、发育的多个方面,比如花器官的形成等。在此,主要介绍了植物转录因子SBP家族的结构及其功能的研究进展。
The SBP transcription factors are known to be unique in plants. The members of this family have a common feature in structure: all the members contain one or two highly conserved DNA binding domains (namdy SBP domain), which consists of about 76 amino acids, The SBP transcription factors exist extensively in plants, and they involve in growth, development, for instance: floral organogenesis, and so on. In this review, we mainly introduce the progress in the study of the structure and function of the SBP transcription factors.
