摘要
对天然气发动机的供气系统进行研究。阐述供气系统可分缸外喷射和缸内直喷两种,缸外喷射又可细分为进气道混合器供气和缸外进气门处喷射供气;缸内直喷又可细分为气体燃料缸内直接低压喷射、电热塞助燃缸内高压直接喷射、油气共用泵喷嘴缸内高压直接喷射。介绍了各种供给系统的结构和工作原理,在充气效率以及动力性和排放方面对各种方式的优劣进行了比较分析,提出今后的研究方向。
Fuel supplying system of natural gas engine was studied. It has two types, which are ex-cylinder fuel injection and in-cylinder fuel direct injection. The former includes intake port mixer injection and ex-cylinder intake valve injection. The latter includes low pressure in-cylinder fuel direct injection, glow plug combusting-supporting high pressure in-cylinder direct fuel injection and oil gas sharing pump injecting nozzle high pressure in-cylinder direct fuel injection. The structure and working principle of these different types are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the types are analyzed from aspects as efficiency of input charge, engine power as well as emission. Moreover, the research direction is put forward.
