摘要
进行了单燃料天然气发动机电控系统开发研究.在经柴油机改进的天然气发动机上设计了高能点火系统、电控单元、传感器和执行器,加装三元催化转换器,实现闭环空燃比控制.电控单元采用MC68HC912系列单片机为核心,设计了开关型电子点火电路和峰值保持型电磁阀驱动电路,实现了点火和天然气的多点顺序喷射控制.通过电路的优化设计,提高电控单元的可靠性和抗干扰能力.台架试验证明了该电控系统的实用性.
An electronic CNG engine control system was developed and its high-energy electric ignition, CNG supply system and electronic control unit were designed. The three-way catalytic converter was used to reduce the exhaust emission by the method of theoretical air-fuel ratio control. The MC68HC912 was chosen as the center for ECU and the electronic spark switch circuit, TBI injection valve driver were also designed for controlling ignition timing and multi-point sequential injection quantity of CNG. The ECU was designed especially for high reliability and anti-disturb ability. Engine bench tests showed that the e-lectronic Control system is practical.
