进入临床学习阶段后，在妇产科学教学中实施导师责任制，将学生的个性发展与全面素质培养结合起来，真正实现以人为本，教学相长的教育理念，是妇产科学教学的一种良好形式。
During clinical study, it is an appropriate method to implement tutor system in gynecology and Obstetric teaching, It realizes the educational concept of taking people foremost and benefiting from teaching and learning at the same time, which combines students＇ individuality with the development of their comprehensive quality.
