67例病人高葡萄糖钳夹试验中护理问题及对策 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨高葡萄糖钳夹技术的护理要求,保证高葡萄糖钳夹试验的顺利进行。方法总结2004年8月-2006年8月67例高葡萄糖钳夹试验病例,对影响高葡萄糖钳夹技术顺利进行的相关因素进行分析。结果67例高葡萄糖钳夹试验66例成功,1例失败。存在的问题包括设备性能检查不足、病人心理状态不佳、选择的穿刺静脉不合适、试验过程中采血失败、试验后低血糖等,通过对上述问题逐一克服,最终保证高葡萄糖钳夹试验得以顺利进行。结论高葡萄糖钳夹试验前物品、设备、环境准备充分,正确评估病人的心理状态,试验当日晨禁饮以及建立良好的静脉通路是试验成功的基础,试验中彻底地冲净管壁以及管理保持好静脉通路的畅通是成功的关键,试验后的饮食护理是预防低血糖的重要措施。 Objective To investigate nursing demands of hyperglycemic clamp technique so as to ensure successful application of hyperglycemic clamp test. Methods They studied 67 cases of patients who underwent hyperglycemic clamp test from August 2004 to August 2006 and analyzed the factors affecting hyperglycemic clamp test application. Results 66 of total 67 hyperglycemic clamp tests were successful and one failed. The reasons of failure included deficient preparation of test instruments, bad mental status of patients, failed vein puncture, failed blood collection and hypoglycemia clamp test. They fulfilled the hyperglycemic clamp test successfully by solving problems above one by one. Conclusion Careful preparation before test, evaluation of patient's mental status, having no drink in the morning and setting up good vein access, thoroughly cleaning of vessel and keeping access expedite are crucial to the success of experiment. And diet nursing after test is the important step to prevent patients from hypoglycemia.
