摘要
目的建立双黄消炎片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别制剂中的黄芩苷;高效液相色谱法同时测定制剂中黄苓苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量。高效液相色谱条件为Vp-ODSC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈:0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾(24:76);流速为0.8ml/min;检测波长270nm;柱温:30℃。结果薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,易于识别;高效液相色谱测定黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱在5-50μg/ml和2.04-20.4μg/ml范围内均呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为102.97%,RSD0.81%和99.68%,RSD0.82%。结论该方法简便易行,重现性好,可用于时双黄消炎片的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Shuanghuangxiaoyan Tablet. Methods Using TLC to identify baiealin and HPLC to determine the contents of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Shuanghuangxiaoyan tablet. The HPLC system consisted of Vp-ODS C18column (4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) ,acetonitrile:0.02mol/L KH2PO4(24:76) mixtures as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 270 rim,flow rate of 0.8ml/min, column temperature:30℃. Results The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguishable, the linear ranges of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride were from 5 to 50 μg/ml and 2.04 to 20.4μg/ ml respectively. The average recovery of baicalin was 102.97 % (RSD was 0.81% ) and berberine hydrochloride was 99.68% ( RSD was 0.81% ). Conclusion The methods are simple and accurate, can be used for the quality control of Shuanghuangxiaoyan tablet.
