摘要
魔芋葡甘聚糖具有良好的成膜、增稠、共混、定型、胶凝、润滑以及生物相容等性能,被广泛应用于食品、包装、生物医药等领域。本文综述了魔芋葡甘聚糖作为膜材料、固定化载体材料、生物医学材料领域的应用研究进展,并指出了魔芋葡甘聚糖在应用研究中尚需解决的问题和潜在的应用前景。
Konjac Glucomannan has many good properties for the use in filming, densification, mixing, finalize the design, congeal glue, lubricating and biocompatibility and so on, so it has been widely used in food, food packaging and biomedicine etc. The comprehensive application of Konjac Glucomannan used as membrane material, immobilization cartier and biomedicine material have been reviewed, and the problem needed to be delt with in practical research and its potential uses also discussed in this paper.
