抗温改性魔芋粉调剖剂的室内评价

Laboratory evaluation of anti-temperature modified konjac powder profile control agent

摘要 以丙烯酰胺为单体,对魔芋粉改性,得到改性魔芋粉调剖剂,通过室内实验对以魔芋粉和改性魔芋粉为主剂的调剖剂进行性能评价。其结果表明:改性魔芋粉溶解性好,抗温达到120℃,比普通魔芋粉调剖剂抗温提高30~40℃,且在100~120℃高温条件下成胶60d后强度仍满足油田要求,热稳定性好。通过岩芯流动实验表明,改性魔芋粉调剖剂在经过10.8PV注入水冲刷后封堵率为94.2%,仍大于90%,该调剖剂耐冲刷性能良好。 The modified konjac powder was obtained using acrylamide as monomer under the conditions ot the modification. The performances of the profile control agent, which use konjac powder and modified konjac powder as the main agent were evaluated through laboratory experiments. The results show that modified konjac powder have good solubility, anti-temperature reached I20~C, higher than that of ordinary konjac powder profile control agent by 30--40~C, and at the condition of 100~ 120~C high temperature after rubber become for 60 days it still keep high strength that still can meet the requirements of oilfield profile. Modified konjac profile control agent has good thermal stability. Through core flow experiments show that the modified konjac powder after 10.8PV injection profile control agent in water erosion blocking rate is 94.2 ~, is more than 90 ~, the erosion resistant performance of profile control agent is good.
