摘要
创新人才培养是一个国家和民族教育的核心。分析创新教育的基本特征、创新教育的模式,创新人才的成长条件、我国现行大学教学模式的基本特征和存在的问题;提出构建新型大学创新培养教学模式的内容和方法。
It is a main key for a country to cultivate creative personnel. The basic features and patterns of creative education are analyzed. The condition of the growth of the personnel, the basic features of the existing university teaching pattern and the problem are discussed. The contents and methods of establishing a new creative training teaching pattern is put forward.
