摘要
根据调查和笔者的多年实践,本文从苗种、养殖模式等方面评述我国南方沿海虾塘的青蟹养殖的概况,指出虾塘青蟹养殖是滩涂虾塘养殖走出困境的有效途径.分析讨论了人工育苗、人工苗的中间培育、养殖模式、饲料及育肥等方面存在的问题,指出了解决这些问题的可能途径,为虾塘青蟹养殖的可持续发展提供参考意见.
Aquaculture of mud crab （Scylla spp. ） in inshore shrimp ponds has been expanded progressively for the past 15 years throughout Southern China. It offers a number of benefits over shrimp culture. Mud crab culture provides a reliable income for fishermen,as the crab survival is high because of superior adaptation to inshore shrimp ponds environment and has a lower disease risk than shrimp which being associated with white spot syndrome and other bacterial disease. Catching, nursing, transports and deals of wild mud crab seed are described,and artificial breeding and nursing, culture system,diets of mud crab farming and the impacts on shrimp ponds farming are also reviewed in this paper. Those important issues and problems relate to sustainable aquaculture and further development of mud crab in shrimp ponds in Southern China are evaluated. The present review points out that mud crab aquaculture is an effective approach for walking out rattrap of the intertidal shrimp ponds farming.
