摘要
福建省青蟹年产量位居全国第二,青蟹养殖已经发展成为福建省重要的海水养殖业。本文回顾了福建省青蟹养殖产业发展现状,主要包括:养成技术、苗种技术、病害防治和遗传育种等内容。探讨了影响青蟹产业发展的主要问题并提出了发展对策。
The yearly output of the mud crab in Fujian Province ranks second in China recently.Mud crab aquaculture has developed into one of the key fisheries in Fujian Province.The main objective of this article is to present the current developing status of mud crab aquaculture in Fujian Province,including growout,larval rearing,disease control,genetic breeding and so on.Furthermore,the main problems affecting crab fisheries are analyzed and the concrete suggestions are proposed.
