摘要
江汉钻井公司狠抓了基层建设、基础工作和基本功训练,形成了比较完善的“三基”工作制度、标准、考核评估机制,并逐步形成了一套以“三基”工作为主线,以落实经营制度、推动QHSE管理体系的实施为举措,全面提升管理水平为目标的、较为科学完善的管理体系。加强“三基”工作,提升企业管理水平,必须提高对“三基”工作重要性的认识,建立以“三基”工作为主线的管理体系,建立“三基”工作长效机制。
JH Well Drilling Company lays stress on basic construction, basic work and basic skill training, and forms a relatively perfect "three--base" regulation and rule for work, standards for work and mechanism for assessment and evaluation. We also gradually form a relatively scientific and perfect management system in which we take "three --base" work as the main line, take measures of implementing management system and pushing forward the implementation of QHSE management system and take promoting management level generally as the target. We must deepen our understanding of the importance of "three--base" work, build a management system in which the main line is "three--base" work and build a long--acting "three--base" work mechanism to strengthen "three--base" work and promote enterprise management level .
