摘要
企业的核心竞争力的实质就是看谁能赢得持续的领先优势。江汉钻井公司经过激烈的市场竞争,在装备、技术、管理、人才等方面形成了自己独特的优势。要进一步提升其核心竞争力,还必须做好四个方面的工作:1、强化技术创新,提高钻井装备的科技含量;2、加强企业管理,培育企业竞争优势;3、搞好信息化建设,提升企业经济效益;4、进行文化创新,创建江汉钻井品牌。
The substance of enterprises core competitive ability is decided by who can win the leading advantage persistently. The unique advantage of JHDC on equipment, technology, management and talented people came into being through intense competition. To foster and increase the core competitive ability, four works should be done. 1st, to enhance technology innovation and improve the .scientific content of service＆equipment. 2nd, To strengthen enterprise management, cultivate its competitive advantage. 3rd, To make informational construction well and enhance benefit. 4th, To produce a brand of JHPA by euhure innovation.
