摘要
就柴达木盆地大煤沟煤矿在建设和开采过程中水土流失的主要环节、重点部位、水土流失的表现形式进行了分析研究,并合理预测了煤矿建设和开采可能造成的水土流失量,提出采用点、线、面相结合,重点防治与全面预防相结合的办法,合理配置各项水土保持综合防治措施,最大限度控制露天煤矿建设与生产运行过程中所引发的新增水土流失,以促进区域经济可持续发展。
