摘要
山地丘陵地区小型矿山的弃土废渣造成水土流失、环境污染，如何综合防治是一个带普遍性的问题．杏严煤矿利用投资不大，技术和施工比较简单，但效益显著地解决了这个问题，值得各小型矿山、企业借鉴．
Soil and water loss and environmental pollution in mountain area and hilly area are caused by waste soil and waste residue. How to prevent the soil and water loss comprehensively is a universal problem. The investment of prevention of soil and water loss in Xingyan coal mine is small and its prevention construction is simple. But its prevention result is remarkable. This experience should be adopted by small sized mines.
