摘要
目的探讨软组织扩张器在治疗外伤性秃发的应用。方法2000年10月至2006年9月应用软组织扩张技术,扩张有头发的头皮区,切除瘢痕性秃发区,以滑动平行推进或旋转皮瓣方式转移修复秃发区15例。结果15例患者均能修复瘢痕性秃发区,毛发生长起来后与正常毛发无明显差别。结论用软组织扩张器扩张头皮,是修复瘢痕性秃发的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of scalp soft-tissue expander to repair large cicatricial alopecia. Methods Cicatricial alopecia were repaired by expanded scalping flap in 15 patients from October 2000 to September 2006. The scalp with hair was expanded, the cicatricial alopecia area was resected and repaired by parallel advancement or rotation scalping flap. Results The cicatricial alopecia was repaired successfully in all the 15 patients and the hair growth was excellent during a follow-up of 1 -2 years. Conclusion The scalp soft-tissue expansion technique is an effective method for repair of large cicatricial alopecia.
