摘要
虽然检察机关还未引入“组织文化建设”的概念,但组织文化具有导向、规范、凝聚、激励、宣传作用是一个不争的事实。在检察机关政治思想、纪律作风教育年复一年,规章制度层出不穷之后,有必要从组织文化建设的高度反思队伍建设的经验和不足,科学定位价值观、行为规范、制度建设的目标和发展方向,以更切实有效的办法推动干部队伍建设,进一步提高检察工作的质量和效率。
Although procuratorial organs have not yet introduced the idea of "Organizational Culture Construction , it is indisputable that organizational culture has the functions of guidance, regulation, condensation, stimulation and propaganda. Under new conditions, it is necessary to review the experience and insufficiency in team construction and set the mode of value, regulations, objective and direction scientifically from the height of organizational culture construction, so as to promote construction of cadre team and further the quality and efficiency of procuratorial work.
