摘要
本文介绍一种机械自动换转向的传动装置的工作原理,分析了该装置在换转向传动过程中的受力情况及能耗因素,推导出驱动拔板换向摆动的临界推力计算公式,确定了“过中”换向中储能弹簧的主要参数。由研制样机的实验结果及理论计算结果表明,该装置换向传动原理正确可行,换向冲击力小,换向过程中安全可靠。
In this paper,the working principle of the mechanical auto reversing device is introduced.The working load and energy consumption of the device in the reversing operation is analyzed.The formulas for calculating the critical thrust for driving plate to reserve rotation are derived.The criterion of selection and calculation of the spring parameters during storing energy are determined.The test result of sample device shows that the reversing principle is correct and feasible,and the device have the features of little reverse impact force and high driving efficiency.
