摘要
设计宽带长冲程抽油机时,合理地确定平衡重与活动框架的相对滑移长度可以更好地利用缓冲弹簧在换向时实现节能和缓冲的目的。文中分析了平衡重接触缓冲弹簧后的振动和受力情况,求出了配重压下弹簧的时间、距离和活动框架换向启动的时间及相应的移动距离,据此计算出了活动框架相对平衡重合理的滑移长度。
Energy-saving and smooth operation while forced reversing can be realized by good play of the buffer springs so long as the relative sliding length between the counterbalance weight and the movable frame on the load-belt long stroke pumping unit is properly designed. This article analyzes the vibration and the force condition of the counterbalance weight which has been in contact with the buffer springs, works out the time for compressing the buffer springs and spring height compressed and the time of initial reversing of the movable frame and its corresponding displacement. Thereafter,the proper sliding length between the movable frame and the counterbalance weight is calculated.
