摘要
选择银杏叶提取物为试验原料,采用溶剂预先浸提处理,降低部分杂质对后续超临界CO2萃取结晶的影响,以提高后续超临界流体结晶银杏内酯的质量与工作效率。采用响应曲面法对溶剂浸提银杏内酯的三个主要工艺参数液固比、温度和时间进行了试验设计,并建立了相关数学模型,结果表明实际值与模型预测值偏差为3.18%。
GBE as experimental material, with the advance extraction technology to decrease the influence of impurity on the latter supercritical carbon dioxide extracting and crystallizing andrographolide, in order to improve the quality of andrographolide and work efficiency was studied. The model of extraction ratio about the ratio of liquid to solid material, extraction temperature and extraction time with response surface methodology(RSM) was established. The results showed that the relative error of actual value to predicted value is 3.18%.
