摘要
采用乙酸乙酯为夹带剂,在不同压力、温度下对穿心莲内酯进行结晶分离研究。结果表明:压力在14MPa左右,温度为55℃,用不锈钢板为结晶板时结晶分离效果最好。采用乙酸乙酯协同超临界CO2结晶分离穿心莲内酯可使纯度一步达到51.7%,结晶率最高为60.5%,分析结果采用HPLC定量测定。
Using ethyl acetate as modifier, the purified technology of andrographolide was studied at different pressures and temperatures with supercritical CO2 extraction and crystallization. The results showed the optimal technological conditions: pressure was at 14MPa; temperature was 55℃, crystallization plate was stainless steel plate. The purity we can obtain is 51.7% with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the maximal crystallization ratio of product was 60.5%.
