摘要
讨论了目前流域设计暴雨计算方面所存在的问题，给出了设计暴雨过程线的概念与定量方法。在此基础上，首次提出了动态汛限水位过程线的基本概念与确定方法。
The shortcomings of design storm over catchment is discussed. A basic concept of design storm curve and its determining method are given. On this basis, the concept of variable process curve of reservoir’s restricted water level and its determining method are proposed.
