摘要
指出了目前流域设计暴雨计算方法存在的问题，提出了分旬设计暴雨及设计暴雨量过程线的基本概念和定量方法，并与目前的计算结果进行了比较，最后说明了设计暴雨与汛限水位的关系。
This paper discusses the shortcomings of design storm over catchment. It gives the basic concept of design storm for a period of ten days and its determining method. It compares the results with the common result, At last, the relation between design storm and reservoir's restricted water level is explained.
