摘要
目的了解雪莲注射液是否具有长期毒性作用,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法通过腹腔注射给大鼠不同剂量的雪莲注射液,连续给药90 d,并持续观察14 d。结果连续注射给药90 d后,大鼠未出现外观、血常规、肝肾功能等血生化及13种脏器组织的毒性变化。结论该药无明显毒副作用,具有临床用药的安全性。
Objective It is to test whether Xuelian injection had long term toxicity so as to provide information for clinical application. Methods The rats were given Xuelian injection by intraperitoneal injection for 90 days and were observed for 14 days continuous.ly in order to test the drug＇s toxicity. Resnlts After stopping medicine, no abnormal changes of appearance, blood biochemical reaction routine such as routine blood test,function of liver and kidney, and pathological examination of 13 kinds of visceras＇ tissue. Conclusion Xuelian injection has no evident toxic and side effect, so it is safe to use in clinic.
