摘要
探讨了数字图书馆建设中的馆藏文献数字化和网络传输服务中的版权性质问题,分析了著作权法中合理使用制度在数字图书馆建设中所面临的问题,提出关于版权保护的一些建议。
This paper probes into the problem of the nature of the copyright in the digitalization of collected resources and the network transmission service in the construction of the digital library, analyzes on some problems faced by the rational utilization system in the copyright law existing in the construction of the digital library, and puts forward some suggestions on the protection of the copyright.
