摘要
阐述了知识产权的概念及其保护范围 ,并从馆藏文献数字化、数据库、网络作品、二三次文献等角度论述了图书馆工作中的知识产权问题 ,最后从合理使用原则、法定许可原则、著作权授权途径等方面提出了一些对策。
The writer has explained the concept of the intellectual property right and protection domain,expound the fact library work intellectual property right issue of from in storage document digitization,database,network works,second and third document and so on.Finally from the angle of rational using principle,legal to permit principle,copyright authorize way,etc.respect put forward some countermeasures.
