摘要
在论述网络环境下高校图书馆管理体制改革必要性的基础上,从组织结构网络化、文献管理数字化、人才管理科学化和营造良好环境4个方面,对图书馆管理体制的改革与创新进行了探讨。
Based on discussion on the necessity of the reform of the management system of university library under the network environment, this paper probes into the reform and innovation of the management system of library form four aspects of the networking of the organizational structure, the digitalization of the literature management, the scientific management of the talents and the construction of the good environment.
