摘要
根据中医有关脾胃的理论,用泻下苦寒药番泻叶胃饲大白鼠一定时间而模拟出泄泻型脾虚证动物模型,造型动物出现一系列脾虚症状.然后应用组织化学、生物化学、电镜观察等研究方法检测造型动物腮腺的某些客观指标,并探讨其与腮腺功能状态的相关性.实验结果表明,AKP,ATPase,SDH及a-淀粉酶活性均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);电镜观察造型动物腮腺腺细胞内线粒体、内质网、高尔基复合体都有异常形态改变,主要表现为水样变性.结果提示造型动物腮腺腺细胞的形态学改变与腮腺功能低下是一致的,主要是腺细胞的物质转运、能量代谢功能低下,以致淀粉酶合成与分泌障碍.
In this experiment, the rat models in spleen deficiency were made with laxative of Cassia Angustifolia through stomach on the theory of taste in traditional Chinese medical science. The rat models had same symptoms of spleen deficiency. To reflect some objective targets and to explore their interrelationship between spleen deficiency and the parotid gland ,histochemical and biochemical methods and electron microscopic researches were used. The results showed that the activities of AKP,ATPase, SDH,a -amylase were lower than that of the normal rats ( P< 0 . 01) . The authors found some unusual formation changes in mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi complex with electron microscopy, showing mainly watery changes. All results showed that the pathological state for the parotid glands of rat models in spleen deficiency was the low rate of material and energy metabolism, so led to the obstruction of synthesis and secretion of a - mylase. This study describe the pathological changes of the parotid glands of the rat models in spleen deficiency. It is good direction using the cell biological methods to research the theory of traditional Chinese medical science.
