摘要
信息系统的外包关系中,如果从客户与服务商的数量进行区分,包括一对一,一对多,多对一和多对多四种情况,在构建这种关系框架的基础上对每种外包关系进行了具体阐述,并对一对一关系往后面三种关系发展的促进因素和限制因素进行了分析。
Based on quantities of clients and venders in Information System(IS) Outsourcing relationship, this article will distinguish four kinds" relationships of Outsourcing, as follows: one-to-one, multi-vendor, co-sourcing, and complex multivendor, multi-client relationships. The paper has been not only explained every relationship of Outsourcing in detail, but also analyzed the enabled factors and limited factors during one-to-one relationship developing to the followings. It was very important to guide enterprise to implement IS outsourcing relationship management.
