model of deficient blood of a big mouse's brain by congealing the mediam-sized artery was establishe and examined the changs of Na +,K + concentration in the difficient blood region using Na +,K + sensitive micro-electrede before and after pricking the 12-Jing points. The resalt shoued chat the K +,Na + concertration had evident difference between the dificient bood region froth the appositing normal region of brain after congealing and pricking the 12 Jing-well points.As compared with the normal state,K + concentration was incneased while Na +,concertration was deersased at the enter of the cell under the corditior of the deficient blood.But after treatment of pnicking the 12+Jing-well points,the changes of Na +,K + concentration tended to normal levets. It indicates that the treatment of princking the 12 Jing-well points has a good effect on the brochemiscal changes of Na +,K + concenrations of windstroke with the deficient blood.
