摘要
目的 :分别观察耳尖放血疗法和耳尖电刺激疗法对SHR大鼠的即时降压疗效 ,并对两种方法的即时降压效应进行比较。方法 :将 16只SHR大鼠随机分成耳尖放血组和耳尖电刺激组 ,记录下治疗前后 15分钟的血压 ,以观察两种疗法的降压作用。结果 :两个组治疗后的血压均显著低于治疗前的血压 (耳尖放血组P <0 .0 5 ,耳尖电刺激组P<0 .0 1) ,两个组治疗前后血压差值的比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) 。提示 :耳尖放血疗法和耳尖电刺激疗法都具有很好的即时降压疗效 ,两种疗法的即时降压作用无显著性差别 ,但耳尖放血疗法的特点是方法简单实用。
Objective:To observe the immediate effect of decompression for hypertension of the Method of Blood Letting in Ear Apex and electric stimulation in Ear Apex on spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR), and make a comparison between them in order to find out which method is better. Methods: Divide the rats into two groups at random. They are group of treating by blood letting in ear apex and group of treating by electric sitmulation in ear apex. To record two data of blood pressure about 15 minutes before and after treatment in order to study the effect of decompression of the two methods. Results:Experimental study indicates that the two groups all can decrease blood pressure and the blood pressure after treatment is obviously lower than the one before treatment. Besides the comparison of the two blood pressure data between the two groups is insignificant. Conclusion: The treatment of blood letting in ear apex and electric simulation in ear apex all can markedly lower blood pressure and take the immediate effect of decompression. The immediate influence of decompression of two methods for hypertesion is almost identical, but the method of blood letting in ear apex is simpler and more available.
