促红细胞生成素联合生血宁防治极低体重儿贫血的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察促红细胞生成素(EPO)联合铁叶绿酸钠(生血宁)防治极低体重儿贫血的临床效果。方法:将入住新生儿病房的60例极低体重儿随机分成治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组生后第7天起给予EPO及生血宁治疗,对照组仅予生血宁治疗,疗程均为4周。分别于生后第7、14、28、42天检查两组患儿血常规并记录Hb、RBC、H ct、网织红细胞(R et)及血清铁蛋白(Fe++)。结果:两组患儿生后的Hb、RBC、H ct均下降,但治疗组下降程度较轻,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患儿的R et经治疗后较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。两组的血清Fe++生后均逐渐下降,以治疗组下降更明显,但治疗结束时,治疗组的血清Fe++上升,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组有5例(16.7%)出现贫血症状,明显高于对照组的56.7%(17/30)(χ2=10.331,P<0.01)。结论:早期使用EPO联合生血宁能减轻极低体重儿的贫血程度。
