摘要
网上教学是远程教学的重要组成部分。作为一种新的教学形式,从目前远程教育的实际和教学对象的特殊性来看,它还是远程教学的一种“辅助形式”而非“主要形式”,其主导教学模式也应该是“基于资源”的而非“基于交互”的。在此基础上,网上教学应该进一步加强设计与实施,注意营造健康的、可持续发展的网上教学环境。
With the implementation of modern distance education engineering of our country, online instruction has become an important component of distance instruction and theoretical research of online instruction is tending to be more affluent. However, concerning instructional design and implementation of course teaching, it is still requires doing some research.The author, from the point of his own instructional practice, proposes the principles and orientations of online instruction. He stresses that any instructional design should remove the visible or invisible interference factors and should take the analysis of the students as the starting point. When offering online instruction, we must deal with the relationship between online instruction and other media instruction. From the special characteristics of the reality and target students in RTVUs' education, online instruction is still an assistant format to distance instruction, not a principal format. The dominant instruction mode should also be based on resources, not on interaction.Considering the implementation of online instruction, we may take some feasible strategies and techniques such as effective delivery of teaching resources, reasonable organization of instructional interaction, application of teachers' blogs or websites. Construction of online instructional environment should establish and maintain new relationship between teachers and students, approach new collaborative mode among teachers and create new healthy culture of online instruction.
